Snowboarding is one of those extreme sports that comes with the risk of injury or even death, it’s a sport that only the daring take part in,  and requires specific abilities as well as various equipment so that you can perform accurately. EA’s SSX series began on the PlayStation 2 back in 2000, which was highly rated, and many other titles followed. This latest title is named simply SSX and is a remake of the PS2 version. Let’s see what this revamp has to offer.

SSX (2012); It catches the substance of extreme snowboarding:

The initial SSX premiered in 2000 and concentrated on snowboarding, with various fictional characters doing ridiculous stunts around harmful mountainside inclines from around the globe. The courses were wild and contained numerous arcade action elements. This all-new 2012 revamp keeps the core gameplay similar, and concentrates on the outrageous snowboarding stunts that made the series so enjoyable; all whilst supplying improved brilliant visuals.
  • World Tour Mode:

World Tour Mode complements the SSX tale, which describes the nine deadly descents, and your mission is to survive so that you can beat your group rival. Every one of these presents its very own distinctive challenge for instance avalanches, ice risks, low oxygen or huge gaps. In order to combat these types of hazards, each and every team fellow member has their particular bit of equipment personalized for their challenge. The rewind feature allows you to make a few mistakes, if you make a serious error, simply rewind the gameplay. A person learns how to operate the gear as well as the terrain in the mountains through competing in a number of occasions right before the ultimate ancestry. Every section in the World Tour Setting is divided in to three main groups, which are Race It, Trick It and Survive It.
  • Explore Mode:

The Explore Mode allows you to check out the vast SSX world, where you can attempt to beat your best time on Race Drops, get the best score in Trip Drops, and travel as far down the mountain in Survial Mode. Make things more competitive by inviting a friend to join a game. You can then keep track of your scores in the SSX Universe.
  • Courses in SSX

The huge world of SSX will have you snowboarding down some amazing mountin ranges; Antarctica, Africa, the Himalayas and the Alps. Generally, you aren’t restricted to a specfic route, which means you can plan which is the best route to take. Furthermore, they offer some of the most gorgeous places, and they’re all huge as well as harmful, keeping your reactions sharp when you wind inside and outside various risks littered all through each course is essential. All of the tremendous mountain areas psychologically signifies an authentic existence, and all of them pose their very own different dangers to avoid.
  • Customization of each character

Travis Rice is the first ever none-fictional character to feature in an SSX game, and you will probably remember these guys? Elise, Mac, Kaori, Psymon, Moby, Zoe, Griff, Ty, Tane, Alex, Eddie, these are all feautred. As you progress through the game, you are able to customize each character unlocking new personal gear, rare boards, as well as special items.
  • Music and Graphics

The visuals are completely fabulous. The characters of the game look spectacular and their actions tend to be seamless whenever carrying out the craziest of techniques. Each hill involves lifestyle beneath your foot while you move quickly through alpine mountains at breakneck speed, and each moment is beautiful, you can almost smell the clean and fresh air. The music tracks are definitely a modern mixture, which work perfecntly with the game.

Conclusion

If you feel in the mood for some trick-performing, adrenalin pumping, snowing boarding gameplay, then this 2012 revamp of SSX won’t let you down.
