As we are slowly getting closer to release, Rockstar are finally opening up and revealing more details and images. Details were leaked from the US magazine Game Informer. One important detail revealed is that this is going to be the largest GTA game ever made. How big I hear you ask? The GTA V map, which is set is set in Los Santos, will be larger than San Andreas, Red Dead Redemption, and Grand Theft Auto IV combined.
There will be three main characters which you will be able to switch between at any time. You’ll be playing as an ex-bank robber called Michael, a hardened criminal named Trevor, and a car salesman known as Franklin.
A totally new shooting and driving system will transform both elements of action, making gameplay far more realistic than seen in previous GTA titles.
GTA 4 scraped the ability to fly planes, and many wanted to see them included in GTA V. Well you’re in luck, planes are back! Other than the typical cars and trucks, other popular vehicles you’ll be able to operate include helicopters, BMX bikes, mountain bikes, quad bikes, and dirt bikes.
The relationships area of gameplay, which was a feature in GTA 4, has totally been scrapped and won’t be included in GTA V.
