Passwords:
Unlock the following cheats by entering the corresponding passwords at the Cheats menu:

Unlockables:
Unlock the following bonuses by performing the corresponding tasks:
BONUS – HOW TO UNLOCK
Black Spider-Man Suit – Collect all 50 black spider tokens.
Symbiote Spider-Man’s Story Mode – Complete the game as spider-man.
Arena Mode – Complete the game. It will appear in the extras options.
New Goblin – Defeat the new goblin(only works with collectors edition).
Black Spider-Man suit:
To unlock the Black Spider-Man suit, go to the game menu press L1, L2, R1, R2, X, X, X, O, O, O, L2, R2.
How to defeat King-Pin:
When you are Black Suit Spider-Man, use your slow motion to dodge the King-Pin’s attacks. Build up and enter “Rage Mode”, and attack as normal.
How to defeat Venom:
Hold L1 while running and hitting the boxes. Holding L1 will put Venom in slow motion.
Build-up rage:
To build-up rage without fighting enemies, repeatedly tap R1.
Rival gang reward:
Choose any of the gang patrol missions and defeat all of their marked territories that match their logos to earn 3 experience points.
City shortcut:
To cut the distance you travel, get to the Daily Bugle. Get in between two smoke towers. Use your Spider-Sense to find it. Look in the direction you want to go, then press Square and tap Left Analog-stick Down..
Tokens:
While swinging through the city if you hear a chime it indicates that you are close to a token.
Meteorites:
As Black costume Spider-Man, you can find the meteorite fragments by listening for a pulsating sound. The closer you get, the louder the sound becomes.
Web swinging upgrades:
You will earn upgrades for the web swinging ability by using it a lot.
Easy health:
There is usually health located on top of ambulances.
Play as Peter Parker:
When a mission for the Daily Bugle is available, start it. Go inside the building and Robbie will assign you a project when you talk to him. Leave the building to start the mission, and then go back in. Wait inside the building until the mission failed message appears. When it asks you to select either “Retry” or “Do something else”, select “Do something else”. You will then appear at the top of the building as Peter Parker. Walk over to the race, but do not start it; this will allow you to use punch. To get off the top of the building, walk over to the edge. Hold forward and repeatedly press punch. You will fall off the building to the ground. To discontinue playing as Peter Parker you must die.
